Softflex wire cutters.

These Beading Wire Cutters are good for a beginner. These are cost effective for someone who does not do a lot of cutting. These are not intended to be used for Memory Wire or hard metal, but are perfect for beading wire, eyepins, headpins, and craft wire. 
 
Approximately 140mm (5 1/2") long. These leave a bevelled cut edge.
 
If used on thick of hard wire, these can be irreparably damaged. 
 
If you are looking for something more precise or robust, my favourite are the Lindstrom Cutters, which sadly I don't sell (yet?).
