Jewellery Components from Tierracast

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT.

TierraCast have just announced they will be closing their doors for the last time, and permanently, at the end of 2023. I will endeavour to maintain stock levels for as long as possible, but eventually stocks will run out.

The reasons given for closure are the increasing pressures of compliance issues, along with the economic downturn. I hope you will join me in wishing the staff at this wonderful company all the best in their next venture.

Jewellery should be fun and wearable, but it doesn't always need to be made from precious metals. For a few years now I had been looking for a range of high quality components that I can feel confident about.

Enter Tierracast who are based in California, USA and make a range of jewellery components in, Lead Free,  Pewter with thick plating of Copper, Brass, Silver, Gold, Rhodium (now discontinued) or White Bronze. They even do a black plating for a great contrast with silver and lighter colours. Please note that the black plating contains nickel. I'm sure you will enjoy their ever changing range. Some pieces such as jump rings, chain and clasps are made from steel in either Sri Lanka or China.
